Arts & Crafts

"A gentle, grounding practice. Space to slow down and express what words sometimes can't."

Drawing, painting, stitching, shaping colour and form. A therapeutic space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and express what words sometimes can't. The focus is on process over perfection.

What you take home

Something small and finished. A print, a painting, a stitched card. Plus the quiet confidence that comes from trying.

Kits and extras

Art and craft kits are on hand, painting kits, colouring, painting pots, jewellery making, pottery, mosaics and coasters, candle making and moulds, crochet, embroidery, scratch art, sponge work, texture artwork, and water painting. Other activities include fun sewing animals for kids, free-lance drawing, canvas painting, and small resin moulds, plus many more.

Basic Mechanics

Tool use, bike maintenance, engines, and the quiet satisfaction of figuring out how something works. A space to slow down, focus, and build confidence through practical skills. We keep the scope small so you finish what you begin.

Circuits, light, sound, movement

Circuits, components, and simple builds. A calming, focused activity that encourages patience and persistence. Bring something to life with light, movement, or sound, and reconnect with what you are capable of.

Music

"A safe space to explore feelings, build confidence, and experience calm."

Percussion, keys, guitar, and voice. Music becomes a way to express emotion, release tension, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. Creating music together nurtures connection and belonging. We are still finding the right music therapists and shaping the workshop carefully, so it arrives properly rather than soon.

Age, interests, anything that helps us set the room up well. We will suggest a workshop that fits, or a custom one if nothing does.

Our regular classes run in small groups of five. Birthdays, social groups, and team building days are separate group bookings, and those can take up to 12 people.

Bring a friend to any class and they take 25% off their fee.
